Stunning Bay Views, Unique Fire Pit Gathering Space, Access to Outdoor Activities
Tiny pool without a deep end!!! The kayaks and bicycles need repair, which is disappointing given the outdoor activity options!!! Management communication is poor regarding refunds and service requests!!!

Perfect getaway with a view!
This spot was awesome for our family trip! We loved chilling by the pool and the rooms were super clean. The best was watching the sunset from our balcony. Plus, the snack bar by the pool made it easy to grab a bite while lounging. Parking’s a bit tight, but you get used to it. Can’t wait to come back!

I've enjoyed a lovely stay at the Bayview Resort, appreciating the fine bayfront views and the tranquil environment. The outdoor gathering area around the fire pit was a perfect spot for socializing. While the air conditioning could use attention, the overall charm made for a pleasant getaway.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend vacation in Hampton Bays with great value. The salt water pool was great for relaxing in the afternoons. Bring your own snacks since the dining options are limited around the area.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the views from our room and explored local attractions. The complimentary beach pass was a nice touch, and we loved kayaking and fishing nearby. The pool and fire pit were perfect for evening hangs. Overall, it was simple and cozy.
Unfortunately, the parking situation was pretty tight, which made it a challenge at times, especially during busier hours.

My stay in the Penthouse Apartment with Bayview was incredible! The spacious room featured a full kitchen and a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing with the stunning bay view. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, with great options like fresh yogurt and muffins available. The sunsets from our private balcony made every evening special.
Limited variety in breakfast options.

More accessibility options for seniors would be helpful.

I had a really nice time at Bayview Resort despite a few bumps along the way. The view of the bay is absolutely stunning. I loved catching the sunset from the deck. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast in the clubhouse was a nice touch with yogurt and muffins available. However, the variety was quite limited, so if you're looking for a hearty meal, you might want to plan ahead. The porch area by the water was perfect for chilling and enjoying the scenery. On the downside, the parking situation could get a bit crowded, especially during the busy times. I’d also suggest some maintenance attention—like fixing the kayaks and bicycles—and providing clearer directions for activities. Overall, I enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty but felt the service could use some improvement.
